Register & Get Invited

Admin invites teachers via email. On first login, your account is set up with a free trial of 3 credits. Set your display name and profile in the Profile section.

Upgrade Your Plan (if needed)

Head to Billing & Credits to choose a plan. The Single Class Plan (₹499/yr) gives 300 credits for one class. The 1 Year Plan (₹4,999/yr) gives 5,000 credits for all classes.

Go to Create Test

From the sidebar, click 'Create'. Choose an exam category (School Exams, Entrance Exams, etc.), fill in the test title, coaching name, class, subject, and schedule details.

Pick Your Questions

Use filters (chapter, marks, pattern, Bloom's level, language) to narrow down the question bank. Then manually click/drag questions into your test, or use Auto-Generate to specify counts per pattern.

Set Schedule & Options

Choose start date/time, validity window (how long the test is accessible), optional negative marking, and whether to show results immediately.

Create & Share

Click 'Create Test (1 Credit)'. You'll receive a unique share code and direct link. Share this with students via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Monitor & Analyse

Go to 'My Tests' to see who has attempted the test, view scores, and access detailed analytics. Provide personalised feedback per student.

Access the Platform

Open testlypro.com on any device — mobile, tablet, or desktop. No app download needed.

Enter Share Code

On the dashboard, click 'Join a Test' and enter the 8-character code provided by your teacher.

Verify Your Identity

Enter your name and email (or parent email) so the teacher can identify your results.

Take the Test

Answer questions within the time limit. For online tests, submit when done. For offline/PDF tests, print the paper and submit physically.

View Results

If the teacher has enabled immediate results, you'll see your score, correct answers, and explanations right after submitting. Otherwise, wait for teacher feedback.

Chapter-wise

Select a class, subject, and one or more chapters. Filter by marks (1M–5M), question pattern, and Bloom's level. Supports both manual picking and auto-generation. Ideal for unit tests and chapter assessments.

PYQ (Previous Year Questions)

Choose a year and subject to pull only questions from that past paper. Perfect for exam revision and mock tests. Filters by year, subject, and language.

VST (Full Test / Auto-Pattern)

Only available for entrance exams with a defined pattern (JNV, OAV, Sainik School, etc.). The system auto-selects the exact number of questions per subject and pattern as per the official exam format. Pulls from all chapters evenly to avoid repetition.

8-Character Share Code

Every test gets a unique code like 'AB3XYZ89'. Students enter this on the platform's join page — no login required.

Direct Link

Copy the full URL and share via WhatsApp, email, or SMS. The link auto-fills the share code.

PDF Download

For offline/subjective tests, download a professionally formatted PDF of the question paper and a separate answer key.

Time-Limited Access

Set a validity window (hours, days, weeks). The test link automatically expires after the window closes, preventing late attempts.

Shuffle Questions

Enable question shuffling to give each student a different order, reducing the chance of copying.

Assign to Classes (Org)

Organisation accounts can assign tests to specific students or entire class batches from their student roster.
