TestlyPro's policies, terms and legal information
By accessing and using TestlyPro, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
TestlyPro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our platform for personal or educational purposes. You may not use the platform to: • Copy, modify or distribute our content without authorisation • Use the platform for any commercial purpose without a valid subscription • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack or disrupt any service • Remove copyright or other proprietary notices
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
All question papers, tests and content you create using TestlyPro remain your intellectual property. TestlyPro retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated data for platform improvement and research purposes only.
TestlyPro operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed when you create tests. Plans and credit amounts are as displayed on the Billing page. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits may expire as per the plan terms.
TestlyPro reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuance.
TestlyPro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
